We provide Free Economy Shipping on all orders.

The warehouse is located in Los Angeles, West Coast, USA.

Delivery Area

We only deliver to the contiguous United States. Due to high shipping costs for large boxes, we do not currently support delivery to Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions.

Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped from the warehouse on the second business day after the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. The warehouse does not operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments.

Due to the size of our items, we only support FedEx standard shipping. Expedited services such as overnight delivery are not available.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, you have the option to refuse delivery. Please document the specific damages on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately with details. If the damage is not noticed at the time of delivery, you have up to 10 business days after delivery to submit a claim with supporting photos and documentation. For custom items, this timeframe may be extended.
We will review and process your claim within 10 business days. If approved, we will provide free replacement parts at no additional cost. In cases of significant damage, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.

30-Days Return

We stand behind the quality of our products but understand that you may change your mind about a piece or that it may not work in your space as intended. We accept returns on select items within 30 days of delivery.

Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with Bomhom furniture.
If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@bomhom.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture. If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.


Kind Reminder Before Returning

-We are only able to accept seating and soft goods returns on undamaged, unmodified products.
-We are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.
-Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • All full or partial returns are subject to a 20% return fee for all items being returned. Bomhom Support Team will work with you to coordinate all of the pickup and shipping details.

Order Cancellation

  • If the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and has not been shipped, your order will be fully refunded.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
