We provide Free Economy Shipping on all orders.

Delivery Time
Orders will be shipped from the warehouse within 3-business day after the order is placed.
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. The warehouse does not operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments.
Shipping Method
Due to the size of our items, we only support FedEx standard shipping. Expedited services such as overnight delivery are not available.
Delivery Area
We only deliver to the contiguous United States. Due to high shipping costs for large boxes, we do not currently support delivery to Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, you have the option to refuse delivery. Please document the specific damages on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately with details. If the damage is not noticed at the time of delivery, you have up to 10 business days after delivery to submit a claim with supporting photos and documentation. For custom items, this timeframe may be extended.
We will review and process your claim within 10 business days. If approved, we will provide free replacement parts at no additional cost. In cases of significant damage, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.
