Shipping Method

Due to the size of our items, we only support FedEx standard shipping. Expedited services such as overnight delivery are not available.

We only deliver to the contiguous United States. Due to high shipping costs for large boxes, we do not currently support delivery to Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, you have the option to refuse delivery. Please document the specific damages on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately with details. If the damage is not noticed at the time of delivery, you have up to 10 business days after delivery to submit a claim with supporting photos and documentation. For custom items, this timeframe may be extended.We will review and process your claim within 10 business days. If approved, we will provide free replacement parts at no additional cost.
